What you can see
You get a weekly summary: which subjects are strong, which need attention, and how much of the syllabus is covered. It's the same progress your child sees in the app, shared with you.

How linking works
The parent portal runs in your browser, so you can use it on your phone or your computer. You can add your child yourself, or link to the account your child has already made in the app.
Sign up on the parent portal
Create your account with your mobile number or email. We send a one-time code (OTP) to confirm it.
Add or link your child
Add your child from the portal, or link to the account they signed up for in the app. A one-time code goes to their mobile number or email to confirm the link.
Start viewing progress
Their weekly progress appears in your portal, along with a weekly summary by email.

Questions parents ask
Can I use the parent portal now?
Yes. The parent portal is live at portal.sakhasaarthi.com. Create your account with your email, then add your child. Their progress shows up once they start studying in the SakhaSaarthi app, which is built and awaiting Google Play's verification of our developer account.
Do I need to install an app?
No. The parent portal is a website that works in your phone's browser as well as on a computer. Only your child uses the Android app.
What does it cost?
Everything is on a free plan right now, with no ads — the student app, the parent portal, and the portal for schools and coaching institutes. Paid subscription plans will be added later. We'll announce the pricing before any charges begin, and nothing is charged without your agreement.
Can I see everything my child does?
No. You'll see your child's progress and syllabus coverage, but not their chat messages with Sakha or each individual answer.
How is my child's study data used?
It shapes their study plan and nothing else. It is never sold, and you can request deletion at any time.
Can I link multiple children?
Yes — link as many of your children's accounts as you need, and switch between their progress views anytime.
